Perodua Digital Month 2025 aimed to deepen understanding of Industry 4.0 by reflecting on its key technologies, their applications, and their impact on transforming industries.
The exhibition took place on 29–31 July 2025 at Serambi Café, Rawang, from 10 AM to 5 PM.
As one of the exhibitors, APulsar had the opportunity to showcase our demo kits to Perodua employees, suppliers, and VIPs. Our displays featured modern automation technologies, including the Humanoid Robot (Dobot), Cobot Screwdriving Station (Dobot), Cobot Safeskin and 2.5D Vision (Dobot), as well as IoT and AI Vision solutions.
One of the highlights was our Humanoid Robot, which drew significant attention and was featured as part of the opening ceremony. The event also provided a valuable platform for us to engage with other exhibitors, exchange insights, and explore new opportunities in advancing automation technologies.
Demo-kits showcase during the exhibition
Humanoid Robot- It’s designed for repetitive work in factories and businesses, like moving parts on car assembly lines, making drinks in coffee shops, or dispensing medicine at night in pharmacies. It works well in busy places with different products, similar tasks, and limited space to move around.
Cobot Screwdriving Station – It can automate tasks like screw picking, locking, and attaching, improving efficiency and accuracy in various industries.
Cobot Safeskin and 2.5D Vision – Dobot SafeSkin helps the robot detect nearby objects or people and slow down for safety, while 2.5D Vision lets it see objects’ position and height for more accurate handling.
IOT – (Internet of Things) means connecting everyday devices to the internet so they can collect, share, and use data. This lets machines, tools, or appliances work smarter, like controlling them remotely or automating tasks without human input.
AI Vision – The system that detect defects on items even while they’re moving, using smart cameras and AI to quickly spot problems without stopping the process.
